For the 4th of July, my whole family went to the Balloon Festival in Provo. Early in the morning they pump up the hot air balloons and take flight. They did it in a field by the hospital, we lived 1-2 blocks away from the hospital, so it was nice we were so close! Andrew and Rebecca got there a little before we did and saved a spot on the side. There were so many balloons and people, but it is fun walking around with the balloons towering over you. After the balloon festival, we caught the tail end of the parade, it was getting hot outside and it was crowded, but fun to see what was in the parade. Later that day we watched the USA world cup game at Emily's and had a BBQ. The game was crazy! But sadly, it ended in a tie in the last 10 seconds of overtime, when USA was ahead to begin with. That evening we went to the park, played games, ate treats, until the fireworks show in West Jordan. We played the longest game of Uno, it was so funny! It was a Happy 4th!
