First Anniversary

For our one year anniversary, we decided to take a short getaway to Park City. We hadn't had a vacation yet so we took one ourselves over the weeekend. Our first stop was Loco Lizard and it was delish! Their salsa was great! After lunch we hit up the outlet mall and kyle surprised me later with a paris necklace he got from J.Crew! I also got some cute bermuda shorts from there for only $20! For j. Crew that was the cheapest thing there!  After the outlets we checked into our hotel and checked it out. After about an hour, we headed to main street and checked out their nice shops before our appointments for massages! We got a couple's massage and it felt so good. We smelled pretty good afterwards too because of the oil they use. After our massages we went wandering about some more and found a nice TJ Maxx. Better than the picked over one in Provo. We were there a while and did some damage, but got some nice stuff! After Tj maxx we went to dinner at a nice brewery. After dinner we headed back to the hotel to hit up the jacuzzi and heated pool. It was perfect weather that weekend in the low 70's, and park city is usually cooler than provo. So it was perfect! We left in the morning and got to my grandma's house by 11 am for mother's day and go to church up there. So overall, that was our short anniversary getaway, but was so worth it!

May 11, 2012 was the happiest day of my life. One year later and my husband still makes me feel like a bride everyday. Together we get to figure out what to do in life, together we figure out where to go in life, but whatever we do and wherever we go, we'll always be together. I am so grateful to know I can have an eternal bond and life with my best friend! I love my husband!
