What do you think of when you think of the new year?

I'll tell you the most common theme of a new year.

CHANGE

I am moved back in to Provo now that Christmas break is over.

And the thing I am noticing the most is that there are changes.

I was kind of hoping, upon returning from break, there would be some people still here that I could rely on.

But what I've seen is that they are moving on. And I need to do the same.

I can't keep holding on to friendships when others don't hold on to them anyways.

I don't want to feel like I am recyclable and not good enough to keep a lasting friendship.

It just kind of hurts.
